How Long Does Shipping Take?

Since all our posters are made to order, production takes around 1 business day before they’re ready to ship. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking email so you can follow your package.

Estimated Shipping Times:

(Shipping times are estimates and can vary, especially during holidays or due to customs delays.)

*There are no customs fees for orders shipped within the USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia/NZ, Norway or Singapore.

 

Why Are Shipping Costs Calculated at Checkout?

We calculate shipping costs at checkout because we’d rather keep our poster prices as low as possible instead of inflating them to offer “free” or cheap standard shipping. Also since our posters come ready to hang, their bulkiness can affect shipping costs, which may vary depending on the specific items in an order.

What If My Order Is Late or Lost?

If your order takes longer than expected, please allow a few extra days—it could be delayed by the carrier. If it’s still missing after the estimated shipping time, reach out to us at verticalarchive.business@gmail.com, and we’ll help track it down.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel as long as we haven’t started printing your order. Just email us ASAP at verticalarchive.business@gmail.com. Once production starts, we can’t guarantee changes, but we’ll try our best to help if you need it.
